We conduct a full building survey — every unit type, floor elevation, exposure category, and existing window condition — to build an accurate, comprehensive project scope.

Board Proposal & Spec
We present the board with a full written proposal: BES product specifications, HVHZ engineering, uniform color palette, phasing plan, and fixed pricing for the entire building program.

Permitting & Procurement
We pull the master permit set, manage all municipality submissions, and place the BES factory order — locking product and pricing before mobilization begins.

Phased Installation
We execute installation floor by floor on a board-approved schedule — coordinating with property management on elevator access, resident notices, and daily site operations.

Final Inspection & Closeout
We coordinate all building inspections, deliver as-built documentation, and provide the board with a full project closeout package including warranties and NOA records for every unit.
